Poddar Business School, Sitapura, recently hosted its Orientation Programme, 'Aarambh 2025', to welcome new students in the MBA, MCA, and PGDM programmes. The event, organized by the Poddar Group of Institutions, aimed to inspire and guide the incoming batch as they begin their academic journey.

The programme commenced with a motivational address by Dr. Anand Poddar, Chairman of the Poddar Group of Institutions. He urged students to dream big and demonstrate unwavering perseverance in pursuing their goals. Dr. Poddar emphasized that a clear vision, combined with hard work, is key to achieving success.

Dr. Sunil Kakkar, the Dean, followed with a detailed presentation on the Poddar Group. His presentation covered the various courses, departments, and key aspects of student life, including both academic and cultural activities. This gave students a comprehensive overview of the resources and opportunities available to them.

The highlight of the event was an interactive session with the Chief Guest, Mr. Himadri Sinha, a renowned TEDx Speaker and Co-founder of Countrywide Learning Systems. Known for his expertise in leadership growth and culture design, Mr. Sinha captivated the audience with his insights. He shared a unique framework for success, aptly named the 'PODDAR' framework, providing students with a practical and memorable guide for their professional and personal development.

Mrs. Roopal Poddar, Vice Chairperson of the Poddar Group, along with faculty and staff members, extended best wishes and encouragement to the new students. The programme successfully set a positive and inspiring tone for the new academic year.
