The Orientation Program “Aarambh 2025” at Poddar Business School, Sitapura, continued into its fourth day with an enriching blend of sessions that combined leadership insights, global business perspectives, financial literacy, and the importance of communication and social responsibility.

The day commenced with an engaging address by Mr. Rajneesh Jain, General Manager, Rays Power Infra Ltd. Known for his dynamic presence as a motivational speaker, trainer, and counselor, Mr. Jain spoke on the themes of leadership and motivation. Drawing from his professional journey, he emphasized how true leadership lies in inspiring teams, adapting to change, and maintaining resilience in the face of challenges. His interactive style resonated strongly with the students, leaving them energized and motivated.

Er. Jitesh Sharma, Talent Acquisition Manager, Rays Power Infra Ltd., interacted with students and provided valuable insights into recruitment trends, building high-performance teams, and the expectations of the industry from management graduates.

In another session, CA (Dr.) Abhishek Sharma, Senior Chartered Accountant, shared his expertise on international trade, the future of global business, investments, and financial planning. His session highlighted the rapidly evolving global economic environment and the need for students to prepare for opportunities in cross-border trade, emerging markets, and global investment flows. He urged management students to cultivate financial literacy and long-term planning skills, which are crucial in both personal and professional domains.

The final session was led by Dr. Shalini Verma, Director (Innovations) at Aadya Green Gifting Pvt. Ltd. and associated with SAMVAW Foundation. She delivered a highly practical and interactive session on Effective Public Speaking and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Dr. Verma underlined that the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity is an indispensable skill for any aspiring leader. At the same time, she emphasized the growing role of CSR in shaping business strategies and aligning corporate growth with social impact.
