We are pleased to share that a Case Study- "Enhancing Business Communication Skills through Starbucks🧋 was conducted among BBA Students in Department of Commerce Management at "Poddar International College".

On 6th August 2025, an experiential learning activity was conducted for BBA Sec-A and BBA Sec-B students of Poddar International College under the subject "Business Communication" guided by Dr. Yog K Rathore. The session focused on the 7 Cs of Effective Communication, using the case study of Starbucks as a practical learning tool. Students were divided into 7 teams and tasked with designing communication strategies for launching Starbucks in culturally diverse countries. The activity promoted application of communication principles such as clarity, courtesy, and consideration. It successfully fostered teamwork, creativity, and a deeper understanding of global business communication practices.
