The fifth day of the Orientation Program for MBA, PGDM, and MCA students was coordinated by Dr. Swapna Shrimali, ensuring a well-structured schedule filled with learning and inspiration. The sessions were designed to prepare students for collaborative learning and outcome-driven career pathways. The day started with an engaging session by Dr. Vaishali Gupta on Team Building. She conducted interactive discussions and practical activities that highlighted the role of coordination, adaptability, and leadership in building strong teams. The session enabled students to realize the significance of synergy in management success. The expert session was delivered by Dr. Nimit Gupta, Chairperson at Fortune Institute of International Business. A seasoned academician, Dr. Gupta elaborated on Outcome-Based Management Education and its relevance in the contemporary business landscape. His session inspired students to focus on results-oriented learning and to enhance their employability through structured development. Later, Dr. Shiva Sharma, HoD, Management and MBA Program Coordinator, addressed the students and discussed the curriculum structure, professional expectations, and the importance of developing managerial competencies during the MBA journey. The concluding session was taken by Dr. Sunil Kakkar, Dean of Poddar Business School. His interaction focused on nurturing a growth mindset, self-discipline, and professional values that are essential for future managers. His words left a strong impression on the students, motivating them to align their aspirations with the opportunities provided by the institution. The day concluded successfully with students gaining exposure to teamwork, innovative educational practices, and program-specific guidance, equipping them with the right mindset for their academic and professional journey.
