Poddar Business School's Global Immersion Program (GIP) is an integral part of our PGDM curriculum, offering students an exceptional opportunity to gain global industry exposure, build strategic insights, and develop cross-cultural competence.

GIP Highlights: 2022-24 & 2023-25

Students from the PGDM batches of 2022-24 and 2023-25 embarked on transformative journeys across Oman, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, exploring key industries, cultural landmarks, and global business practices.

• In Muscat, Oman, students visited top organizations such as Al Madina Logistics, Middle Eastern College, and UES, gaining insights into logistics, commerce, and innovation. Experiences at Muthra Souq and Qurum Beach provided exposure to traditional markets and local culture.
• In Dubai, students engaged with industry leaders like AJMS, Beta, Al Rawabi Dairy, and participated in workshops led by experts, including Rahul Durgkar. Visits to Dubai Mall, Global Village, and Old Baladiya Street highlighted retail and branding strategies, complemented by memorable experiences such as the Desert Safari, Cruise Dinner, and time at Kite Beach.
• In Abu Dhabi, visits to Al Seef and Meena Bazaar combined cultural exploration with an understanding of contemporary business practices.

These experiences, paired with industry interactions and workshops, equipped students with practical skills and broadened their global perspective. Beyond academics, students immersed themselves in the rich cultural tapestry of each destination, creating lifelong memories and valuable networks.
