1. The participants are requested to submit their entries latest by January 31, 2023, by filling registration form via registration link available or by hard copy filled and duly signed by the head of the institute/ Co-coordinator.

3. The team of each institute would select a team leader, whose name should be intimated along with a confirmation letter.
4. The host institute reserves the right to make any changes in the schedule that it seems fit.
5. Participants must carry their Identity Card on the day of their competition, failing which they won’t be allowed to participate
6. The decision of judges will be final and binding for all the events.
7. Students are required to bring all essential materials with them.
