Poddar Business School organized an industrial visit to Kagzi Industries for the PGDM Batch 2025–27 as part of its experiential learning initiative. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations and managerial practices. Students were welcomed by industry representatives and briefed about the organization’s history, product range, and operational framework. A guided tour enabled students to observe production processes, quality control measures, and safety standards. An interactive session with industry experts allowed students to discuss production planning, supply chain management, and human resource practices. The visit enhanced students’ understanding of real-world industrial environments, strengthened industry–academia interaction, and successfully bridged the gap between theory and practice.
