Today Training & Placement Department of Poddar group has organized training Program “Saksham”.
Which is conducted by Star Health and Allied Insurance for BBA & B.Com students. 45 students from Poddar group have participated in this Training Program. This is 3-month rigorous training program, which will be conducted every Wednesday in Poddar campus from this training students will get a practical exposure on prospecting, need identification, sales skills, objection handling & closing skill (Skill Development Program).
This program is also help to understand the Health Insurance industry of India
