Poddar Business School and Poddar Management and Technical Campus organized a Workshop on Leadership Skills, followed by a Psychometric Assessment, for Management students. The session was conducted by Major Ramsukh Dukiya from the Indian Army, who shared valuable insights from his professional experience and highlighted the importance of leadership in personal and professional life.

The workshop focused on developing essential leadership qualities such as discipline, teamwork, decision-making, communication, responsibility, confidence, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Students actively participated in the interactive session and gained practical understanding of how leadership principles can be applied in organizational and managerial situations.

The session was followed by a Psychometric Assessment, designed to help students understand their personality traits, behavioural tendencies, strengths, and areas for improvement. The assessment encouraged students to reflect on their individual capabilities and identify areas that could contribute to their professional development.

The workshop provided students with meaningful exposure to leadership practices and self-awareness.
