Poddar Business School successfully conducted a 5-day Student Development Programme (SDP) for the PGDM Batch 2025–27 in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) under the leadership of Dr. Sunil Kakkar, Dean.

The programme featured expert sessions by distinguished IIM Indore faculty, covering diverse areas such as geoeconomics, industrial policy, sustainability, ethics, international business strategy, game theory, influencer marketing, Six Sigma, e-commerce logistics, international trade, financial analysis, and global supply chain dynamics.

The sessions were highly interactive and combined theoretical insights with real-world applications, enabling students to enhance their analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and practical business understanding. Case analysis and self-preparation components further strengthened experiential learning.

Overall, the SDP provided valuable exposure to contemporary global business challenges and management practices. It significantly contributed to bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, ensuring the holistic development of students.
