The second day of the educational visit of the BBA & B.Com 1st Year  students of Poddar International College to Poddar Business School was an enriching blend of motivation, experiential learning, and team-building activities.

The day commenced with an inspiring motivational session by Dr. Sunil Kakkar and Dr. Shiva Sharma, who emphasized that success is driven by the right attitude, unwavering determination, and a clear sense of purpose. Through the thought-provoking story of Socrates, students were encouraged to broaden their perspectives, cultivate a growth mindset, and strive relentlessly toward their goals.

To reinforce these valuable lessons, students actively participated in engaging experiential activities, including the Blindfold Rope Challenge and the Newspaper Bridge Challenge. These exercises fostered teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, effective communication, and mutual trust among the participants while highlighting the importance of collaboration in achieving shared objectives.

The day concluded on a vibrant note with friendly cricket and football matches, providing students with an opportunity to strengthen bonds, promote sportsmanship, and enjoy a healthy balance of learning and recreation.
