A Cover Letter Writing Session was conducted for MBA students by Dr. Vaishali Gupta with the objective of enhancing their professional written communication and job application skills. The session focused on helping students understand the importance of a well-structured and personalized cover letter in creating a strong first impression on recruiters. 
Students were guided through the essential components of an effective cover letter, including introduction, alignment of skills with job requirements, demonstration of achievements, and a professional closing. Emphasis was also placed on tailoring cover letters for different roles and organizations rather than using generic templates.
