Driven by the spirit of entrepreneurship and the can-do attitude, Poddar MBA student Devesh Kayal, has successfully started his venture GRASSMIC. In his own words, "Being the co-founder of GRASSMIC, I took inspiration from various activities during my time at the College. I had belief in my idea and have taken the leap of faith. It takes a lot of planning, commitment and vision, skills which I gained as part of the curriculum at Poddar Management and Technical Campus. "GRASSMIC, is an innovative approach focused on organizing diverse theme-based and cultural events."

I have many beautiful memories of Poddar College, including those of the inspiring faculty, my batch mates and great friendships. Above all, I cherish the strong foundation and impetus Poddar College provided to my career. I would like to convey special thanks to Shishir Saxena Sir, who was our Placement Head at that time, and without his immense support and mentoring, I wouldn't have achieved a good job at a renowned place where I am working currently. From enlightening lectures to industrial tours, from wonderful canteen moments to extra-curricular events in the college, will always remain in my heart, which I will always value. I am so grateful that in every department, I found great mentors who provided immense support and guidance throughout my college life. Looking forward to ways to pay back to the institute that gave so much to us!!!

It is really a great moment to go through old memories, I made at PIC campus. I came to Jaipur for my Master's degree and after long or extensive search, my uncle suggested me about PIC and I started here as a P.G. student. I spend here 2 years, I became Mr. Fresher from my batch. It was great achievement for me. I learned a lot from my faculties in field of science. They were best in laboratory skills and as well as in theoretical knowledge. Dr. Praveen Goswami sir is my favorite teacher throughout my time at PIC. I really appreciate the thoughts and support I received from Prof. Poonam Dhawan Ma’am. Also, I would like to say thanks to Chairman Dr. Anand Poddar sir who taught us values of time and life by organising various motivational seminars. Thanks PIC for giving me such a wonderful platform. Being a proud alumni of PIC, I welcome you at PIC and wish you all the best for future endeavours.

Just right after BBA 2011 examination, I have got an opportunity to work with one of the prominent investment banking organization i.e. Deutsche Bank Group & my association with DB was around 5.5 years (proudly the first BBA student from Poddar) I got aligned to Business Management team and was responsible for various strategic projects (Cost reduction, streamlining MIS reports & etc.). After couple of years, senior management started recognizing my efforts and gave me an opportunity of short term assignment in Frankfurt Germany (HQ). My role in DB was quite flexible hence I touched base upon many aspects of Investment Banking (KYC reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Trade settlements & Project Management). Also got recognized as Presentation Trainer across Jaipur DB site. After the learning’s of more than 5 years in the same organization I realised I should explore myself more & embrace my career so I decided to relocate to Bangalore and started working with HSBC (Investment Banking Team) and got the opportunity to travel London for a project. About Poddar: ‘My College inspired me to think differently. It’s like no other time in my life’.

Hi I am Himani Jain and I have completed my graduation in Commerce from Poddar Group of Institutions. After that, I have done LL.B and LL.M. in International Law. I then wrote Rajasthan Judicial Services Exam in year 2019 and has ranked 7th in the State of Rajasthan. I am currently posted as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate. Poddar Group has helped me at the initial stage of my career. Over three years, the Institution has opened up so many doors of personal and academic development along with confidence. The faculties at Poddar Institutions have helped me in sharpen my skills. It has been fortunate to be part of Poddar Group of Institutions where I got the platform to enrich my overall confidence, with the support and endeavor of my faculty members all the way with my family.

Ever since its inception, Poddar International College has been maintaining a sound balance between academics and extra-curricular activities. I participated in the Dance Competition in Arya College where we secured I Position, and also in the Ramp Walk at IPS College again getting I Position. Our institute encourages scenario based learning and industrial visits were part of our learning. I am grateful to Satish Sir and Priyesh Sir for rendering their support and motivation throughout my college tenure. I remember the summer training of six months, which contributed a lot to our growth. Soft Skills training sessions were given by Supriya Mam were awesome. Besides, our college provides excellent Placements also.

College life is known as one of the most memorable years of everyone's life. My college life is the best I can't describe in a few lines. I've engaged in all the extra-curricular activities, cultural activities like Our Manthan a much awaited 3 days inter-collegiate event held in our college and the teachers and all the staff are very supportive and the location is very good located in a pleasant area with no disturbances and it is very safe and if there is any emergencies there is good medical facility nearby. Various events are conducted frequently, fests, ethnic day, competitions and summits. Various clubs are available to join and enhance knowledge in various fields. Achievements - I have achieved so many things here i.e Defeated fear of standing in the Stage, become confident, many certificates, Won first prize in Ad-Mania competition. Talking about the placements and Faculties: - 90% Students got placed in very good companies like Amazon, Axis bank, KPMG and many more. A good college is run by its extremely talented faculties. I would like to thank all my faculties & college staff special regards to Mr. Sunil Kakkar Sir, Abhishek Sharma Sir, and all respected faculties. Thank you so much for everything.

It's my pleasure for being an alumni of Poddar Group of Institutions. This journey was an amazing experience of my life. It made me feel how can I know myself, my strengths, my weaknesses and how effectively I can change it. Our faculty was best they helped us at each and every step. They are like our friends if we have any problem they are there for us. I gained a lot l learned to connect to more n more people and majorly I'm was an introvert person but this journey made me an extrovert person. All credit goes to our college. These memories are the best part of my life

Having worked as a Trainee at Marriott Hotels and then as Area Manager at Café Coffeee Day, I wanted to take my career to the next level. MBA from Poddar was just the opportunity I was looking for. The entrepreneurial spirit helped me to even launch my own start up Trupt that deals with organic food. The with the help of excellent Placement services at the college, I joined Barclays as Team Manager. The core curriculum is well balanced across finance, management, business analytics, and leadership. The foundation of most courses is team projects and case studies, which quickly helped me fine tune and grow specific skills that can be re-applied to my career.

The Poddar Management program has a curriculum that both challenged and grew my knowledge in all aspects of business. I decided to obtain my MBA so I could increase my business acumen and advance my career in the finance sector. The real-life application in many of the courses helped me to relate what was being taught to current world events. With their vast experiences and knowledge in the industry, the professors were able to provide a practical perspective of the material. The courses required working in teams to foster a greater learning experience. Also, it required managing tasks and time as well as others on your team, cultivating leadership, management, and communication skills. It helped me further my career with applied skills and knowledge gained throughout the program at KPMG.

I am very happy to share a few words regarding my experience and growth at Poddar. I have enjoyed every bit of my college life. Not only do I grow professionally, but every day I experience renewed energy and personal growth throughout the MBA program. I learned many new skills and values from the MBA program. Not just from the textbooks and lectures, but from the guest speakers, workshops, mentorships, and networking. My presentation and public speaking skills dramatically increased along with project management and leadership. The biggest takeaway for me was the entrepreneurship and leadership workshops, which opened my eyes and inspired me to excel in my career.

A new college a new environment; but did not feel like a stranger even for a day. Poddar gave me all the warmth I could ask for; good teachers, good friends and a place where I could grow and prove myself, a new learning every day and this really helped in bringing the best out of me. The MBA programme helped me to manage time efficiently by prioritizing things and people that are important. Gradually I also learned to build relationships. I have learned at PMTC that your network is your net worth. The degree helped me transform from an average student into a confident professional who manages a team in a reputed multinational bank.

My experience with Poddar was wonderful. The two years of journey here changed my overall personality. I learned many things here. The MBA course has helped me to think more strategically and develop more in-depth insights and provide data to upper management. In my role as HR Manager, the MBA degree has been a tremendous boost to my career, self-esteem, and life goals. In a tough economic environment, businesses need strong leaders that can adapt. My time spent learning and growing at PMTC helped me adapt to perform well in the job.

I would like to say that my 2 years at Poddar group have been one of the best periods in my life. I believe that Poddar group is really the best place to learn. This is the best avenue for meeting a lot of people from many different cities. Since completing the course, I can say that it has changed my way of thinking in the business world and has provided several tools that can be applied to my daily job. I can see my own personal growth in the way I handle situations at work, which has led to more opportunities to contribute to the work. The class discussions and online discussion boards reinforce the class concepts and help with understanding how different industries may handle certain situations.

It was a wonderful journey with PMTC. The time when the journey began, I had high hopes and dreams. The first day at college made me realize that this college is a place, which will, helps me to be groomed and developed in all walks of life. The faculty of the college is highly experienced and motivating. The students had high enthusiasm to grasp everything, which is being taught. The interactive sessions help us to develop strong communication skills. The different platforms provided by the college help the young, bright minds to showcase their talents and to develop leadership skills among us. I always feel proud to be a part of Poddar.
