Poddar Business School & Poddar Management and Technical Campus successfully conducted a Campus Placement Drive by Godrej Capital on 24th September 2026 for students of the PGDM and MBA programmes.

The recruitment process was preceded by a Pre-Placement Talk on 23rd September 2026, providing students with valuable insights into Godrej Capital, its business operations, career opportunities, job profiles and recruitment process.

A total of 23 students participated in the placement drive, which comprised Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. The process assessed students on communication, analytical ability, confidence, knowledge, skills and professional aptitude.

We are pleased to share that 4 students were selected with a package of ₹7.25 LPA.
