Poddar Business School organized an Industrial Visit to NESSCO Industries on 16 July 2026 for the PGDM Trimester III students as part of its experiential learning initiative. The visit was coordinated by Dr. Omkar Ghosh and Ms. Vibha Jain, who guided the students throughout the programme. The industry experts welcomed the participants and provided an overview of the company's operations, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and technological advancements. Students toured the production facility and gained firsthand exposure to production planning, quality control, inventory management, and workplace safety practices. An interactive question-and-answer session enabled students to understand real-world industrial challenges, management practices, and career opportunities in the manufacturing sector. The visit successfully bridged the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications, enhancing students' industry awareness, analytical thinking, and appreciation of modern manufacturing systems.
