    INNOFEST INDIA - 2.0

Poddar Group of Institutions and the Federation of Unicorn Innovative Startups and Industry once again successfully organised the largest two-day startup fest, Innofest India 2.0, in September. This time, the event was not only held at the state level but saw participation from startups across the entire country. We had multiple supporting state partners from Andhra Pradesh, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, and more. Not only this, the fest was supported by major giants such as the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Punjab National Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Hilton, World Stock Exchange, Meta Apply, Canara Bank, Startup Floara, StartupsNews, and Startup Doc. In terms of participation, we had 1000+ startups, 300+ investors, and over 1000 students. Rajasthan witnessed its largest startup fest, bringing together industrialists from diverse sectors, corporates, startups, investors, venture capitalists, unicorn founders, bureaucrats, and students from across India, recording an impressive footfall of over 8,000 attendees. The two-day fest featured Signature Talks, Panel Discussions, and an exclusive Shark Tank House, with distinguished speakers joining from all over the country. The celebrated YouTuber Mr. Gaurav Taneja inspired the audience by sharing his entrepreneurial journey and encouraging young aspirants to pursue their dream ventures with passion and perseverance. Army War Veteran, Captain Yashika Tyagi, delivered a powerful talk on tactical leadership, highlighting the invaluable lessons entrepreneurs can learn from military discipline, strategy, and resilience. Mr. Himadari Sinha offered compelling insights into brand-building and the nuances of scaling a startup, drawing from his rich industry experience.

The Shark Tank House session, themed "From Bootstraps to Breakthroughs: Startup Success Stories," spotlighted founders who had appeared on Shark Tank and transformed their ideas into thriving ventures. They shared candid insights into their journeys, bootstrapping challenges, navigating investor expectations, and scaling sustainably, offering the audience inspiring real-world lessons on resilience, innovation, and the power of believing in one's vision. The Startup Fest emerged as a vibrant hub of knowledge exchange, featuring thought-provoking panel discussions on diverse themes. These included Founders' Rollercoasters, which delved into the highs and lows of entrepreneurial journeys; the crucial role of academia and incubation centres in strengthening the startup ecosystem; and innovations led by MSMEs through technology upgradation and government-backed schemes. Together, these conversations equipped participants with practical guidance, strategic perspectives, and a deeper understanding of India's evolving entrepreneurial landscape.

The main flagship event, the "10 Minutes Millionaire Challenge," received more than 300 registrations, from which the Top 10 startups were shortlisted by a panel of 15+ investors. We also onboarded top investment partners such as 247VC, Fluid Ventures, A Square Capital, Yashaa Global Capital, Expert Dojo, Deval The Coach, and many more, strengthening the event's investment ecosystem. A cumulative funding commitment of Rs. 10 Crore was made during the challenge. Additionally, a special school-level initiative, "Startup Champs India," was organised, where five student-led startups secured funding commitments of Rs.5000 from Poddar Innovation and Incubation Centre, along with the opportunity to sign MoUs with us. These young innovators presented ideas spanning technology solutions, creative product innovations, and social-impact projects, showcasing their ability to identify real-world problems and propose viable solutions through entrepreneurial thinking. The event also showcased a dynamic Startup Expo with 100+ startups and companies exhibiting their innovations and products. Moreover, this year's fest placed greater emphasis on providing skill development opportunities through internships from leading organisations. We had participation from 1000+ students from almost every college in Rajasthan and 30+ companies, where 99% of the students successfully secured both paid and unpaid internships.Overall, the fest proved to be a transformational platform that inspired and empowered young entrepreneurs, emerging startups, and students, creating new pathways for innovation, networking, and growth.
