Poddar Business School successfully organized its second day of the Orientation Program “Aarambh 2025”, which was filled with insightful sessions conducted by eminent speakers from academia and industry. The program aimed at enriching the students with academic as well as practical knowledge, giving them exposure to management practices and entrepreneurial journeys.

In a special session, Mr. Jyoti Prakash Kanodia, Managing Director, Unique Organics Ltd. shared his rich entrepreneurial experience, emphasizing the importance of persistence, ethical practices, and innovation in building a successful business. His interaction with students highlighted the challenges of entrepreneurship and the strategies to overcome them.

The students had an engaging session with Mr. Hemant Bhati, Director & Co-Founder, Clapping Joker Films. He enlightened students on the evolving media landscape, the role of creativity in business, and the significance of communication and branding in modern enterprises. His real-life examples inspired students to explore new-age career opportunities.

Dr. Shiva Sharma, Program Coordinator, PGDM, delivered a comprehensive talk on "ABC of Business World," guiding students on its relevance in management studies. The session motivated students to adopt innovative approaches in their academic and professional journeys.
