Today, I conducted a case study-based interactive session in the BBA classes section A and section B on the topic "Flipkart vs. Consumer – A Dispute Case."
🔹 The class was divided into two teams:
Team A – Representing Flipkart
Team B – Representing Consumer (Ravi)
Each team presented their arguments, evidence, and viewpoints with logical reasoning and legal awareness. The objective was to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and analytical skills among students through a real-world consumer dispute scenario.
The session was highly engaging, and students actively participated, showcasing their understanding of consumer rights and business responsibilities.
📚 Such practical learning methods help bridge the gap between theory and real-world legal-business challenges.
