The *"Management Club"* at "Department of Commerce & Management" of “Poddar International College” organized an interactive classroom activity titled *“Business Charades” for BBA Semester–III students, conducted by faculty member Ms. Charushi Jain. The objective of this activity was to make students familiar with globally renowned *Fortune 500 companies* through an engaging and fun-filled learning approach.
In this activity, students were first introduced to the list of Fortune 500 companies to understand their global significance and business operations. Later, the class was divided into two teams, each assigned a company name. One member from each team had to *act out clues or gestures* related to the assigned company, while the rest of the team guessed the company name based on the performance. Companies enacted during the session included *Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Toyota, Microsoft, Hitachi, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL),* and *General Motors* etc. The classroom was filled with energy, laughter, and quick thinking as students creatively depicted the companies through gestures and business-related hints.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Students gained awareness of major Fortune 500 companies and their global operations.
2. The activity enhanced students’ understanding of corporate identities, products, and branding.
3. It encouraged teamwork, communication skills, and strategic thinking in a competitive yet collaborative environment.
4. Learners developed creative expression and business association skills by connecting company characteristics with real-world business knowledge.
5. The session made the concept of *global business awareness* engaging, memorable, and application-oriented.
