We recently conducted a highly engaging and insightful session on “Building Learning Agility and
Growth Mindset for Corporate Success” for the PGDM students of Poddar Business School, delivered
by Mr. Neeraj Baj, Associate Director, FocusU Engage, Gurugram.

Mr. Baj shared powerful perspectives on preparing for today’s dynamic industry expectations. He
emphasized:
