As a part of Day-5 of BBA and BCom students orientation programme at Poddar Business School various sessions were organised:

Session No. 1: session was taken by Dr. Swapna focusing on the "caterpillar walk" served as a team-building exercise, while active listening fostered effective communication, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset encouraged students to identify opportunities, innovate, & be prepared for dynamic professional environments.

Session No. 2: The next session by Dr. Vaishali Gupta began with an inspiring motivational story, setting a positive and enthusiastic tone for the session. Following this, students participated in an exciting Ad Mad Show activity, where teams creatively presented advertisements for imaginary products. The activity sparked innovation, teamwork, and confidence among students. It also helped them break the ice and interact with their peers in a fun and engaging manner. The event concluded with cheerful reflections and high energy.
