The PGDM T-1 students recently participated in an experiential learning session on “Formation and Stages of Group Formation”, conducted by Dr. Swapna Shrimali.

The session explored how formal teams are built in the context of startups — beginning from identifying one’s strengths to pitching effectively to attract the right team members.
