Big achievements are made through small but concrete resolves. Dreams and life goals are achieved by making a path plan and taking the first step towards it.

The Entrepreneurs Club and Literary & Management Club of Poddar International College organized an Entrepreneurship Talk ‘A Journey to Success’ with Ankesh Jain, Akshay Kedia and Anand Jain - the founders of Nothing Before Coffee (NBC). NBC was founded on 2017 with the idea of delivering freshly brewed coffee. This is one of the best stops for coffee lovers with massive 30 outlets in Pan India. This podcast show was organized on Saturday, January 21, 2023 where the experts shared their unbelievable moments of start-up journey leading to success.

During the event, the students asked the experts about their schooling and childhood life. The NBC team was asked about their alliance and formation of the start-up. In the questioning round, Poddarites students raised the following questions from the NBC team:

• Which business, if not NBC?

• How do you balance professional and personal life?

• How do you define success for your business?

• What are your future plan for your business?

• Do you have any tips for others who want to initiate their own business?

• What is your favourite and worst part about being an entrepreneur?

• What were the obstacles did you encounter and how did you overcome them?

• What do people misunderstand about your brand the most?

• What are three books you would like to recommend to our audience and why?

• Can you throw some light on Market Evaluation?

• Do you believe there is a winning formula for becoming a successful entrepreneur? What is yours?

• If you could talk to one person from History, who would it be and why?

• If you were to write a book about yourself, how would you name it?

• What will you prefer - Franchise or your own outlet?

The NBC team answered convincingly to all the questions raised by the students.

Besides, in the absorbing session, the students also asked about the possibility of having any alliance with them to which they got a positive response. The team stated that NBC has started taking interns and so the Poddarites, especially the MBA students can be a part of their team, in this way. The students were highly motivated by their incredible experience. The NBC team was thanked for making a promising presence. The NBC team was glad to be part of the event and showed their gratitude to Poddar College.
